very cary grant in 'how to catch a thief'. there seemed to be a lot of neck accessorising on the catwalk SS09 if it wasnt D&Gs bow ties it was ann demeulemeester or bogetta veneta's neck scarfs. with all the low necks predicted to be in, this will fill the void nicely thank youp. perhaps a little loser would be nicer for the summer

ergh for years topman have been blinding us with nu rave motiffs, plastic belts and jewellery.. klaxons are debt. grow up! a recent plastique shoot of glam rock is probably an oppertunity to realise bright colours can be used right, lets dress like steve tyler, it will be fun. one of the most sexiest feminine twists on the menswear catwalk. perhaps this is a bit inspired by cavalli SS09 collection showcased in NY. keys are leopard print, metalics, snakeskin, sequins. a recipe of punk + safari hippie = a cake of summer boho glam... hmmm yum yummm

Phew Gareth Pugh, AW09, like it. His collection was really conceptual and arty in the taste of a Top-manner. There was all this amazing power goat-fur, metallic macs, Edward Scissor hand accessories, Chain mail, denim-ripped-to-shreds and Hellraiser-type pins on trousers, angular pagoda shoulders, scary robe type jackets, super skinny suits (and he is a fan of the leggings) apparently he based his collection on his love of Schwarzenegger's (amazing) film predator, explains the whole geometry and sci-fi attitude.

I love it, its posh and eerie, futuristic grunge!! I really like the doc martens, unisex, punk aesthetic, it's all the right bits of now with all the best bits of later. In another dimension, I can't see these pieces being on best seller rails in Topman, planet earth. Perhaps with the right concentration they have bits and pieces of metallic, studded footwear, the drape, the drape, the drape, ties around the tops, hell raiser leather, probably those dreaded shredded leggings, XXX fitted suits, and the goat-fur... maybe baby.

This absolutely takes the piss of our gender distinction. According to the catwalks, SS08 Alexander McQueen's collection (top left) and Martin Margiela SS09(top right), as good as states that leggings arent just for girls, Mr.Motivator and gays, but in a world of equality... they stretch for normal boys too. ..Oh shit...

These will probably be seen on the straight boys who look gay but arent, and are generally having a little bit of an identity crisis dressed as a superhero in the smoking area of stealth on a saturday night. We would rather leave your snake to our imagination thanks, and if youre gonna wear leggings, would rather not think about your snake at all.

Unfortunatly due to constant demands of something different and wacky in the bigger cities, this could probably catch on. listen; men in tights might happen, but it will never ever be okay! IDST
